Zen Mum is an online course designed for mothers of all ages and stages who long for more balance, joy, and connection in their everyday lives. Over a 9-week period, you will learn more than 25 simple, quick, practical, yet profound ways to practice mindfulness anytime and anywhere—while washing dishes, breastfeeding your baby, handling a tantrum, or barely breathing as you tackle everything on your to-do list. You will also learn how your mind works, how to manage negative thoughts, anxiety, and anger, and the role of gut health. This course is designed to make it as easy as possible for you to be a happy, nourished, and healthy mum, empowered to raise confident and happy kids.

Zen Mum is a mindfulness-based, practical course designed to help mums feel less stressed and more fulfilled in motherhood. Whether it’s finding a moment of peace while drinking your coffee, staying present while playing with your kids, or keeping your cool when all your strings are being pulled, Zen Mum makes it easy to bring more zen into your day.
The course also helps with relationships, especially with your kids. You’ll learn how to better understand them, communicate more easily, and create a more relaxed, positive vibe at home.
Every week, over a total of 9 weeks, you will receive 3 - 4 lessons, with most lessons designed to be a maximum of 3 minutes long. The lessons are intentionally brief, making it easy to fit them into your busy day.

Not at all. Everyone, regardless of their personal beliefs or experience with mindfulness, can do Zen Mum practices.
Currently there are 34 lessons featuring 42 short videos and audios, including all the practices and introductory sessions.
You surely can! It can be accessed and viewed on both - your computer and laptop.
Most of them have durations between 1 and 5 mins.
You can book them anytime—just reach out! I’ll also send reminders throughout the course. During these sessions, we’ll discuss your progress, clear up any confusion, highlight your strengths, and chat about anything else that comes to mind.
