
Hi, I’m Ivana Separovic – a certified therapist, nutritionist, mindfulness practitioner, and a proud mum to my 6-year-old, Lucia.
My vision is to make wellbeing as easy, fun, and aligned as possible. I help people reconnect with and nourish themselves so they can feel at their best in both body and mind, without having to push or force themselves into anything.
I am a strong advocate for mindfulness that can be practised anytime during the day and support us in every aspect of life – mental, spiritual, emotional, and physical.
